Your satisfaction is important to us, if any of our services fail to keep your home free of the pests we serviced your home for, we’ll re-service it for free! Guarantees for one time services are based on the pest treated. The length of guarantee is based on the specific pest treated. Ask an Eco Systems representative what the guarantee is at the time you set up the service.

Residential Service Plans
We provide various types of service plans to fit all types of needs. From monthly to annually. All performed by trained technicians using the least amount of materials in the most strategic locations.

A typical service plan covers carpenter ants, spiders, mice, rats, centipedes, crickets, roaches, earwigs, sow bugs, silverfish, fleas, and pantry pests.

If you have a problem with a pest that is not covered under the service plan, such as birds, termites and squirrels. Eco Systems will provide the service with a discount from our normal pricing schedule.

With just a few clicks you can see and print a report about what materials were used in your facility, view your service, payment, billing history and current statement. You will also be able to track trends such as pests found and deficiencies.

Allows us to track pest and rodent activity throughout a facility, by type, evidence and quantity. This information can then be viewed online by Eco Systems and your facility to determine historical trends, and pest or rodents activity at a specific area within the facility. With this level of tracking you will not only know how much material was used in your facility, but you'll know the exact location of every placement as well.

about your program, reports about your service, findings and recommendations and necessary reference materials. For easy reference, documentation is contained in our EcoService Log Book so that when a client or agency representative wishes to review their program, all information is at his or her fingertips. At the completion of every service visit, Eco Systems' provides a documented service report that identifies the materials used, location of use, pest identified (if any) and sanitation or structural deficiencies with recommendations. The report is reviewed with the client, then placed in the EcoService Log Book so that you have an ongoing history of pest elimination. Each Eco Systems office is registered with New England Pest Management Association (NEPMA) as an IPM registered business, and within each office there are IPM registered practitioners. the registry is separate from state licensing programs, and requires that the registers complete and examination and obtain three additional IPM credits above state requirements every three years.
